I would like to mention that my case of having ATM pin reset whilst out of country ran into many troubles for over 2 months. The prestige contact team and Pretoria branch team have been keeping me running around in circles to help in resetting my ATM pin & hence my internet banking access.
After making lots of international calls and lots of email to the branch and prestige contact team, i decided to talk to the complaints team in Standard Bank through helloPeter as well, These guys helped me in resolving this issues almost instantaneously. The team even went ahead and provided extra help when I needed it and kept me updated on the issues. This team, are the only ones who called me and walked me through the resolution of the issue. No other Standard bank team (including my own branch) called in the two months to provide any feedback at all even though I had provided my international number and requested updates to help resolve the issue
