Cancel the nonsense

Initially I was told that the monthly repayments on the card will be 3% of the amount used, then they were calling me day and night that I'm over due fine I dealt with that, I've now paid the thing off and when I check on their mobile site I'm actually in credit now I get an SMS that I'm over due again??? For what?? I have not used that card since I paid it off in July??? What exactly am I owing now??? honestly I've suffered enough with Blue bean. Their excuse for not provinding monthly statements is that the Post Office is on strike?? Guess theyl strike forever!!! Long story short cancel that thing and I'm not paying a cent shem!!! Enough is enough I do not want anything further from bluebean or Standard Bank
