Please reverse the RCP charges

My RCP account should incur a monthly fee of R11, not R57, as I opened it years ago, before the R57 fee was implemented. Please reverse the charges from the past four months or so. I am not prepared to pay an extra R552 a year for no reason. I complained about this matter some months ago and I was promised that it had been resolved, but apparently this was not the case.
