Incorrect Information Provided to ITC - Duplicated

The MFC apparently migrated or changed account numbers for client accounts. My account information has since been duplicated and the bureaus now have my accounts in duplicate. I have a pending Bond application which cannot be handled by any credit provided as this has a massive effect on my credit profile. The issue was logged with the complaints department who will resolve the matter in 7-10 days however my offer will have expired before then. I requested that a letter be provided however MFC and Nedbank have refused to assist with a formal letter stating the cause of this duplication which i can then provide in hand with my applications for processing. As this issues was caused by the MFC this should be the least they can do. I have been requesting feedback and assistance with no avail. I refuse to believe that it is not possible to provide a letter to assist me going forward. Please assist at soonest.
