Barnets allowed her to buy for R12 724.62, they have added insurance costs of R6 098.20 and club fees what added up to a total of R23 476.95. Her instalment is R979.00 for 24 months - interest rate 21 %
1. She didn't understand what she was signing for, they say they have done an assessment?
2. She couldn't understand why they deduct so much money from her account. Not very literate.
3. They did not explain that she can get short term insurance at her own insurance agent.
She only told me last week about that, when I have asked why she always needs more money.
I have send many mails they just say they can't do anything they have done an assessment. Kindly help me to make a better deal for her.
