Incorrect refund re insurance deductions

I discovered that I was charged R 1443 per month insurance on my instalment sale account for 13 months. After many calls and e-mails an amount of R 17 902.26 was refunded to me, R 856.74 short of the amount of R 18 759 owed to me!! I have been sending many e-mails, have the confirmation reports that they have been read, but yet get no response on why yet again, I should be out of pocket. I have been extremely ill for 2 years and could not see to all my personal affairs, but never imagined that after being with the same insurance company for 12 years and receiving no notifications from AIP, this huge amount was levied to my account. I am awaiting an urgent refund for MY money owing to me, as well as a reply on what you intend to do about the interest on the full amount (I pay you 9.5% interest, surely you should refund me the same % back.
