Always Extra Charges

Once again with my new contact a few months later MTN just starts adding charges to your account in the hope you don't realize it and I just pay it.
Somethings that should be part of the package you chose gets added on. The first 2 or 3 months everything was fine as per the contract I signed. After that they started adding all these charges.
Several phone calls later and a lot of promises to reverse the charges and to correct the mistake going forward. I'm still getting billed for extra things. Nothing was corrected and nothing was reversed.
Empty promises and worst of all.
