Customer service that i'm getting doesn't satisfy

Hello Peter,

I'm writing here to complain about the insurance i'm using at Callsure, i started using their insurance last year November and everything was perfect they were making their debit up until June where things started not to be ok and my insurance Lapsed so i was calling them and asking what can i do to re estate it and i was being helped by this lady call Nkele Mkhondo and she gave me their account number for me to deposit the money that they could not get on my bank for the past 3months and i did deposit it, so when i call again to confirm everything is fine did they receive my payment and then i was helped by Gugu and Gugu told me that Nkele was not supposed to give me the account number when the insurance has lapsed i have to start afresh with it so now they are delaying to transfer my money back and i'm not receiving the right information from the consultants there, so Peter can you help me here i'm tired of calling these people they are really wasting my airtime and time here.
