I submitted a claim for my router and printer that were destroyed by lightning. The claim was submitted last week and payment will be made in 2 days'time. Discovery Insure wanted to supply me with a router and printer from one of their suppliers. I had acquired my own router and printer and the company was flexible enough to pay me in cash. The whole claim process was swift and smooth and ably executed by Ernestina Ramorula.
