My vehicle was from my workplace out of the carpark. It is 8 years old but in excellent condition, needless to say that I'm terribly distraught! Not to mention the financial implication of buying another vehicle!
Veronica came to do the assessment on the claim for the insurance company. She really went the extra mile to assist by giving me the papers that needs to be completed and even offered to collect them on completion!
She really understands what one goes through by losing an asset that isn't easily replaced. I must compliment her on her attitude towards me - I kept on complaining about the unfairness of all the crime and the losses that one suffers but yet she kept on listening!
Veronica is definitely an asset to any company and if I could offer her a position somehwere - I would! there aren't many people service orientated these days! Thank you Veronica for making an unpleasant situation easier!!! I wish you all the best!
