There were 4 transactions on my account last weekend, followed by 4 international bank charges. After tens of phone calls to Standard Bank, they contacted me on Friday to say they had concluded the investigation. I asked the outcome & the response was: I don't know. They will contact you next week. I am still waiting & still haven't been refunded the transactions. Thanks again for the empty promises Nicole Kirkwood.
