STILL. No rewards on fuel!

Last month i queried rewards paid on fuel at Sasol. Daisy told me the specific sasol i used was not listed as a rewards partner. They gave me the rewards on the fuel purchased at this specific garage and i asked DAisy if this would happen again as i fill up at this garage all the time. She assured me the problem was now solved and would not repeated. When i checked my rewards i saw that i was once again not rewarded for fuEl purchased at the very same garage on 7 Oct. i phoned Daisy and explained the problem to her as she was the consultant dealing with my querie the previous time. She said the system was slow and said she would phone me back. I am still waiting. I would like this matter to be resolved once and for all now as i find it unacceptable to check up on my bank to ensure all my rewards are paid to me!!!
