I have been a loyal client of Momentum for many years and pay them a few thousand Rand per month in premiums. But please NEVER EVER try and change debit order details with them. I went into the bank personally and got it changed. Two weeks later the BANK tells me that the change was not accepted by Momentum (Momentum bothered to tell my bank this, but not me!!!) Now they are debiting my OLD account and when i told Momentum that there is a debit order problem (as per my well informed bank) i get a letter to inform me that there is NO problem as they got their money. Of course they have it... it is from the wrong account. To try and deal with this is a nightmare as the same person cannot come back to one. And there must ALWAYS be a two day delay before the next letter. The service is poor. I want my debit order problem solved or another service provider will get my money!!! Your service is a tad shabby. Please get someone with two braincells to address this problem.
