I have been a Momentum Health and Multiply member since 1 November. Here is a list of all the problems I have experienced in these short few days since joining:
1. Did the non-smoker declaration on 1 November, website didn't allocate my points and it keeps reading "no submission made".
2. Did the financial assessment online, no points allocated.
3. Saturday, 2 November - Went for health assessment at Dischem to start earning Healthreturns, the system said I have "no benefits". Sister was unable to log my results and I couldn't earn points and I cannot start earning healthreturns.
4. Today: Tried contacting the Momentum Traveldesk to book a flight, call gets cut off time and time again, I do not even get through to a sales consultant.

I came from Discovery and their Vitality program, I am seriously wondering if I didn't make a huge mistake... I hope someone from Momentum will sort all this out.
