FNB Home Loans WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

Me and my fiance applied for a home loan of R1.4 million over a month ago. It took FNB 2 weeks to respond and they gave us a poor interest rate even though we have been banking with them for over 7 years and have professional credentials with exceptional credit records. We applied for a better interest rate and waited for attorneys to get instruction. We got the better interest rate just to find out they gave instruction on the wrong house! This set us back another week as they had to re-valuate the correct house which is the same house plan on a different property. This set us back another week. Finally the attorneys got instruction on the right house and they INCREASED THE INTEREST RATE because it is a 'different house!! Now we have to apply for a better interest rate AGAIN even though they have ALL of our details because WE BANK WITH FNB! This is poor service I don't want to encounter again and unprofessional conduct! FNB's conduct with the documents have set us back 3 weeks with registration already and now they want us to pay more. At this rate I will not recommend FNB Home Loans to anyone.
