I've been battling to process my cellphone insurance claim for over a week now, the gentleman that was originally dealing with my quote was not giving me any feed back and it was just a mission to phone in because every time i called through i got a different consultant and it was such a pain to explain everything each time somebody said "hello" on the other side. i was ready to cancel and take some serious action when i eventually went through to a gentleman by the name of, forgive my spelling, Reinhardt Collinsy, this gentleman had the best telephone manners i've ever heard, besides from myself, i explained the issue to him and he caught the ball 1st time and within 2 hours i had a new device, everything was approved and he followed up to make sure i got to the store on time and if the cellphone shop had delivered on their promise. An amazing experience and thought i should write about it and tell people insurance brokers are not that bad, well some of them. if only car insurance was such a joy.
