Unauthorised debit on my account - Disgusted!!

How ironic that for for all their big promises and fancy adverts, its only once you "switch" to FNB do you realize just how much of it is just hot air and a bunch of baloney!

They promise a 48 hour turnaround time to get back to their customers, I have been begging and waiting since last week Monday 28th October and have yet to have any form of personalized feedback and not an automated e-mail response.

I have had a debit order arrangement with Gla in respect of my outstanding credit card which comes off my account timeously every month, however, for some reason this month FNB decided to debit the entire set off, no advising me in any way, shape or form, this month they just decided they are taking everything owing to them, whats even worse is the fact that the attorneys were just as confused and their debit order in respect of my credit card was also debited as per arrangement.

I think its disgusting, unethical and unjustifiable and I will most definitely be reporting this unscrupulous action by a supposedly reputable banking institution to the NCR and Ombudsman!

Don't "switch" you're probably better of where you are, FNB has become too big and complaisant to care!
