Lacking off service

The thing is with a Provident fund and any other service you pay for is that they are very fast to take your money and if you do not pay they want to stop your police or cancel or something off that matter.

i have or should i say use to have a provident fund with Old Mutual then the place where i worked close down. That was last year 2012/02.
Since then up till today i have not got my money back that they where supos to have paided out. Every time you phone then you get a diferent story. Then it is in this department then it is there.

I will recoment any body to Old Mutual for any busnisse what so ever. The other question i have what if i have passed away how would my wife struggel to get anything out off them.
