Umauthorised Debit Orders!!!

Good Day,

Early 2012 I had several phone calls for Platinum Life Policy and I got so annoyed that I told them to cancel there 'Free Trial' and that I do not want their policy as I am not planning on getting cancer. They continued to call and I have made phone calls to say a manager must call me and was promised someone will get back to me and it never happened. I have now find that they are still deducting monies from my account. R199.45 does not seem much, but unauthorized; any amount is. I am giving them one more chance to refund every cent taken off of my account and to take my details off their data. I am not interested in any further excuses, I will proceed with a legal case against them. Regards, Sonja ten Haaf
