Being billed for a non-existent policy

I need you urgent intervention. On the 26th Feb i called to cancel my breast cancer policy with Platinum Life who have been deducting money off of my account from early 2012 after i took the policy out with Ashley Laatz who is now no longer with he company and is telling me different stories.

To my shock, the lady could not find me on your system and promised me that somebody will call me to sort this out. i haven't had that call to date and when i called again today, another lady wanted tell me the same story saying somebody will call me back as she cant pick me up from your system.

I can't imagine if i actually had the cancer and i was claiming to find out my policy is non-existent... I want some kind of proof that says i have been covered for the period or those deductions refunded.

This is a very unpleasant experience, i need someone to tell me what is going on here...
