Lack of knowledge resulting in miscommunication

I have 3 acc with African bank. Last November I requested for a reduction on 2 of my loan accounts and specified that my credit card must not be affected or changed. They only approved the one loan account and i accepted. 2 weeks ago i tried to use my credit card and the bank blocked it because i requested for a reduction which i was NOT told that they would block my credit card, if I accept. In the customer service industry you inform your clients regarding these type of changes what it affects. I have spoken to at least 10 agents since 2 mnths ago not one mentioned that credit card would be blocked. They are not taking responsibility for this miscommunication from their side. if I was told my credit card was going to be affected i would not have accepted their offer now they are telling they won't reinstate my credit card - what am I supposed to eat this month if this bank is trying to help. I feel i am being robbed and there is no justice for the consumer, I want my credit card back and take Mzwandile back to training to learn what is customer service including his manager who does not sound sympathetic at all, she sounds like a recording they up they must fix.
