I have a policy with Outsurance. I have had blood tests take more than 3 weeks ago and have not heard ANYTHING from Outsurance. The premium quoted to me was less than what is current deducted from my bank accounts. I have also not received any documentation of the policy and I have requested those spesifically. I find this unacceptable. The complaints option on the website also does not work!
