Poor customer service

Since i logged the case never even once received an update from velda even now am experiencing problem, made a call cause yesterday received an sms but now am not around still cannot not be assisted, am being send from pillor to post again.just because velda is not available to assist again. second time logging a complain against her nothing has been done.
