Logged a claim with you guys to fix a leak in my toilet, guys delayed the repair. Made a hole in the wall to fit a new pipe and I paid an excess. Miway stated that they will sent out someone to fix the tiling around the new pipe after the work was done. I chased them for this as I had one week left with them, was leaving for what I hope is better service. I received a mail and was copied with the company that was supposed come out and fix the stuff but no one pitched. I am now with my new insurer but would like to express my disgust at the level of service that I received from you MIWAY, 7 years with you and the level of service just died.

I may have to fix the tiling myself and hope you use the money you save from this to provide some other poor customer with better service. Here is a few tips.
1. If you assist a customer with a claim, do follow ups whilst the job is in progress and when the job is completed to ensure that your customer is happy.
2. When you send policies out and call a customer to see if they have recieved, If asked "has anything changed? " answer honestly and point out T&CS.
3.Cash back yearly isnt the only way to show a customer you care
