INCORRECT LISTING ONTO TRANSUNION

I was the main member of Discovery Medical Aid, My mom was a dependant. My mom was meant to be listed, even though arrangment of payment was made was still handed over. After applying for a home bond which was rejected due to my name being on the Credit Bureau. I called Kibo Group to request this letter to please be sent to me stating that it is not on my name, just that i was the main member my name got listed instead of my mom. I ws told i cant help you until this big amount be settled?
