UNDERHANDED PRACTICE BY CHARGING TWICE

I cannot believe that a so-called reputable hospital group such as LIFE would do this, so I have to bring it to the notice of everyone who merely accept charges by hospitals within this group.
On 5 October 2013 when I took my son to Entabeni Hospital, I was asked to pay R120 "facility" fee, which I paid using my credit card.
The same R120 was billed to my medical aid, tariff code 58301 (facility fee).

How many other people is this being done to???
Is this hospital so desperate for money?
I am not the main member on the medical aid, so the claims donot usually come to me, but in this case my wife (main member) sent it to me.
Usually we rely on these hospitals charging correctly, now we have to go back and check ALL our statements/claims.
