FNB Premier Banking... amateurs!

Please... be aware of the competencies of the so called FNB Premier Banking people!
A simple question (opening a second platinum account) makes them all confused.
The first day, you receive a list of items you need to show for opening the account, the 2nd day they think of some other forms, the 3rd day the appologise about the mistake they made on the second day and the 4th day they come back with the request for the forms as they did on the 2nd day...!!! These people are handling YOUR money!!! Please, please be super careful when opening a bank account with these so called " premier bankers", because they are absolutely clue less! Rathe find an alterantive, because you will get stuck in the "I didn't know about this" and "it wasn't me who asked for this" procedure! HELP!!! ALL OF YOU ARE WARNED NOW!
