Horrible service

I took out a loan with Ned bank last year may of R5000.00 and we made an agreement that I was going to pay R600.00 but they took 665.00 every month, I had specifically told them that I won't be able to make cash payment they should debit the money for two months I gave them a call asking them why they did not debit the account and they told me there was no money in the account but to my amazement all the other banks that were supposed to debit my account were able to debit but couldn't, my account was I areas for R300.00 and a couple or Rands which they debited as my last payment on the 20th October 2013 I went and checked on my loan transaction it shows that I still owe them the same amount that was debited as my last payment and I'm so disappointed with the consultants that assisted me threw out this whole ordeal the service and treatment I got from Ned bank is ridiculous.
