I don't expect to get a response with this because i am actually going to take legal action. It is embarrassing though because i have fallen for the pretty looking loan that this man offered me.
I applied and was accepted for a Loan, and then asked to pay a R950 Barrister/Attorney fee. I blindly took a salary advance to pay for this, and then was asked for a further R1850 for some other fee. I then told mark that i am unable to come up with the money so please may i be refunded. He then asked me how much i am able to pay, so i said i can't pay anything. He then refused to give me a refund saying that the company does not do refunds. I then told him that it is his legal obligation to refund me what i have paid if i have not received the service. He then said that the fees had been paid over to the attorney and refused to give me the attorney name when i asked, and eventually just game me the name Owen Kelly. I cannot find record of such attorney in this country. I asked for contact details and he has since not responded to any of my emails. I am so so so mad at the moment. I am planning to get legal action on this. This man must be arrested.
