What you are doing is illegal!!

WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL!!! As part of my initial car finance agreement, I had to show proof of insurance. Now, 3 years down the line, you decide that I need additional insurance and just deduct an extra R530 from my account WITHOUT me signing OR agreeing to it AND already having insurance on that car! I WILL report this to the ombudsman!!!
