3/4 Calls to cancel and they still deduct

I received a letter which stated 38% increase on my premium - ridiculous. I then immediately got insurance from another company starting on 01/12/2013. I called Regent (Uturn) call centre and immediately instructed them to cancel my insurance with effect 30/11/2013. I called back 2/3 times to ensure that insurance is cancelled and no deduction is done from my bank account, . And yet tonight I received the sms that money was still deducted. I do not believe the incompetence of your company, and that you can illegally continue to deduct money from my bank account. You will ensure these funds are back into my bank account by COB 26/11/2013 with bank charges, and charges of the calls I made to you without you doing anything. I want a letter of apology from your customer service manager. Looking at Treating Clients Fairly legislation that monitoring all financial institutions, I cannot believe you still believe you have the right to deduct money illegally from a person account. My calls are all recorded and I mentioned clearly even with the first call to cancel the product, that no funds should be deducted from my account again.
