Failure to deliver documents

We are listed on ITC. We paid the full amount that we owed. Now our lawyers are struggling to get the needed documents from Nedbank. If we don't get the documents in time we will loose our court date which mean we will not be able to buy the house that we have put on a offer. They put you through to someone that never picks up and or they never answer. That was one of the main reasons we were put on ITC because of incompetence. All we want is of them to give our lawyers the documents so that we can go on with our lives
