What didn't happen! Revolting service from Merchant Services! Sadly can count on one hand people that work in this division who try and be helpful!

Have had my complaint email escalated to the head of service apparently with not even an apology. Is there any point If management are not present and staff are incompetent or my best they don't even know who their boss is. Really!! How do you get information or a problem fixed???
