My previous complaint on HelloPeter received a response that my complaint had been escalated to management. I received an email on 11 March 2013 that they would be looking into the problem. So how long DOES it take for management to respond? It's been almost a month already, when all that has to happen is that one little reference has to be changed. Again, guys, it's NOT rocket science. It's a few keystrokes on a computer keyboard. Can I offer Standard Bank staff computer training?
