I was called at 4.30pm today (22/7/2013) on my office line by an Edgar's call centre operator as to why I didn't make a payment on my Edgars account. She insisted I make payment by tomorrow. I told her that I did make a payment but she insisted that it was only part payment. I misplaced my statement hence making only part payment. She then wanted to know when I get paid my salary. This really upset me, she calls me at work and I made this known to her and then get questioned which are things are can't openly talk about in an open office. She had a disregard for situation all she wanted was for me to let her know when I was going to make payment. She then wanted me to talk to her manager. I am at work busy and I definitely didn't have time for this. If Edgar's can go thru my records they will see that I always pay my account timeously with a good track record. The was no need to harass me on this account. If I was a consistent bad customer then by all means they have every right to do this. I think Edgar's management should seriously take a closer look at these call centres and have respect for their long serving or any other customer for that matter. Totally disrespectful.
