Momentum Restores my faith in Insurance

In the past I have had very negative experiences with insurance companies, looking for loop holes, uphill battles and just plain bad service. Momentum has made it easy from start to finish.

I was involved in a bumper bashing on Monday the 21/10/2013, I call Momentum Short Term Insurance to log the claim, Rosemary took my call and assisted me, the claim was submitted telephonically, shortly after my claim was submitted I was given an appointment with an assessor the very same day. After the assessment I got a call from Rosemary to inform me that my claim has been approved and where I need to take the vehicle to, also arrangements for courtesy vehicle were made. From First phone call everything was simple and easy. The claim was submitted and approved in less than day!

Once again thank you for your quick and helpful assistance in this regard, you have really made the process smooth and easy.
