STAY AWAY FROM LOAN DISCOVERY SA

In an attempt to find a loan for personal reasons, I came across the website [URL Removed] I should have known straight away that this company was a bunch of when they request your banking details on the application.

Once I signed up I had a look through the terms & conditions to discover that in order for them to "help" you get a loan you sign up for a so-called 2 in 1 service package that supposedly offers you a free telephonic legal service and as a "free" addition assistance in finding a loan. I immediately called to cancel this so called "service". Now over a month later I have been told they have no telephonic record of the cancellation.

I called several times to confirm the cancellation. I called to report that I hadn't received confirmation of the cancellation. I called to complain about the cancellation process. But unfortunately, there is no record of ANY phone calls.

Loan Discovery SA are!! Even if I chose to stay with the 2 in 1 service package - I received no telephonic legal assistance as stated. I received no loan application assistance as stated. Loan discovery SA just take the money with no service offered at ALL!!!
