REQUEST TO CLOSE ACC NOV 2013 STILL NOT FINALISED

In November 2013 I got proceeds from selling my house and called RCS Service centre to obtain a settlement amount. This amount was paid and adressed as requested. To my surprise when I wanted to buy a new property in March I was informed by my bank (plse remember all me details changed in meantime and as I had no more accounts I did not change address details) that I am in arrears with RCS. I was furious phoned and requested that they rectify but paid a small amount in order to confirm to my bank that this will be sorted as acc to the first in a row of nameless consultants at customer service the amount given to me was wrong as it did not include some admin fees that were ran on same day I requested settlement amount. Then the calls started from one or other collection centre. Threats rather than sorting the RCS solutionen - also note some pmnts at start of acc also went missing but gave up on this - Till today no updates from RCS. In fact call twice again today and was cut off while holding on with no effort to return my calls. I KNOW THIS IS TOTALLY AGAINST THE NCA IN DUPLUM RULE. The credit regulator will be informed about this - SORT AND CLEAR MY RECORD!!!
