Dear FNB

What is your problem? DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS? I have been waiting 22 days now for my smart device i ordered on 06 November. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY IS IT SUCH A FLIPPEN PROBLEM TO GET IT TO ME??? After calls from almost everyone at FNB you STILL cannot sort this out?? This is absolute. This is now my 3rd complaint about the same issue. Get you CEO to call me and sort it out if none of your incompetent staff can do this. Anyone reading this DO NOT APPLY FOR A SMART DEVICE WITH FNB - You will just be really disappointed. FNB i will absolutely discourage any smart device applications and even discourage anyone from opening an account with you. Your service is beyond pathetic and i am am giving you until tomorrow to get my device to me or i will be cancelling more than just my device order. I will not stand for your and poor service. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE A DECENT SERVICE THEN DON'T ADVERTISE.. And take you stupid ads off the radio because they are all!!! And tell the person who is going to call me to have ANSWERS!!!
