STAY AWAY FROM ABSA

After 4 phone calls to the ABSA Rewards center (since the 10 October) I finally got a call today to tell me that I am a delinquent. So ABSA will continue to take my debit orders but I will never again get any rewards - however when I asked for them to put that in writing I was told that they needed management approval first.
Delinquent roughly translated refers to someone tending to commit a crime, or failing to, or neglecting to do ones duty or a wrongdoer. That is how ABSA sees someone who has been retrenched and struggled for 3 months - but when they find work and get themselves back on track - nothing matters - you will always be a delinquent criminal not worth responding to and not worthy of absa points.

WARNING TO ALL, REMOVE YOUR ACCOUNTS FROM ABSA. YOU WILL BE A LOT BETTER OFF.
