I placed a claim for my car that was broken into. When they refused to pay as my laptop was not concealed in the cubby hole (which it cannot fit.) I was told they would send a letter so that I can appose the refusal, it has now been 2 weeks since I received this call and no letter. I called them to request it and they STILL haven't sent it. This is extremely upsetting as this is the first claim I have ever put in and this is how I get treated after a horrible incident. I used the laptop for work and obviously I cannot do anything now.
