Debiting Unauthorized account

Im furious as the manner this pathetic company dealing with my query, i took out household and car insurance with them last week on Monday and made it clear with the sales rep that they must start debiting my account next month (26.11.13) & the amount that they were going to debit will include Nov/Dec premium and pro rata for Oct Days which i didnt have a problem with, and now they debited me way before the agreed time on the 26.10.2013, and wen i called in 2 enquire about, im taken from pillar to post and nothing is not resolved till today, and their consultant are useless they dont keep their word they keep on saying wil cal u back and this does not happen at all, i resorted in cancelling this policy since im not getting any joy, now the calculation that they calculated my money that AFI suppose to return is pathetic, and till today i wnted them to send the policy document that stipulates terms and conditions they havent send instead they'd send something called a policy schedule that dont have a meaning in my life, bcos i need 2 see where is stipulate that liable 4 those days since inception date bcos i think all insurances should have "grace days" where a customer can cancel po
