I want my money back

On 1 November 2013 I sent an email to Mr Maxwell Ganyane at Alexander Forbes for him to cancel my policy. I called again on 6 November 2013 to follow up as I had not been refunded the premium that i had paid. He informed me that he would send a requet to the manager who is responsible for cancellations to him/her to cancel the policy and refund my money. I called again on Friday and Maxwell informed me that the manager had not yet cancelled the policy. I called again today and was told the same story. Apparently the manager ids in training today. I do not understand why only 2 managers are tasked with cancelling policies. Now i have had to wait for 2 weeks for my policy to be cancelled. Clearly Alexander Forbes does not have the operational ability to deal with our requests.

I would like my money refunded today please I have been more than patient.
