I had a claim in september and i can tell you it was the most amazing experience from begining to end. Nonhlanhla was absolutely amazing. she took care of my every need. she was so polite and professional and nothing was to much for her to do. I am so happy to be with an insurance company that i know will be there for me and go out of their way to give me that WOW experience. Thanks Nonhlanhla you are awesome
