Failure to supply forex!!!

I called on the 25th of October to order forex through the call center (which im told is the new system) the agent old me that he would get the person responsible to follow up with my query till today im still waiting. I don't understand why we cant order forex online (like FNB) do you not understand the sensitivity of rates..really disappointed at this slow tracked system.
