On the 25th October Nedbank debited my account 3 times R3971.86 twice and R700.00 I want R3971.86 back to my account today still, this is the third month I'm complaining about their poor service as we speak now my home loan couldn't go through they tell me it will take 48 hr of which I couldn't get his name when I ask to speak to his manager he put the phone down on my ear. Lebo she'll try and push it for 24hr. I'm tired of Nedbank and help me lord this is my last complain as I'm taking my business somewhere, this is very much unfair as we speak I must pay the interest as the money for my house didn't go through this is not fair I'm the client and every month I must complain, this is not on at all.
