Paying phone that is not working

Hi. My name is Molemoeng. Have been using a blackberry 8520 contract cellular phone since April 2012 from real people. I have never missed a payment since its via debit order but now, months have passed and my phone is not working. I spoke to a call center agent who told me that they will come and collect my phone within 7 workin days for wich I m still waiting for. Every month, the money is being deducted from my bank account for a phone that I no longer use and yet, I can only upgrade next year. I am too scared to put a stop order cause I do not want to ruin my name bt its unfair that I still pay for something that is no use to me
