First For Women Insurance
Refusing to pay claim with false information

Business & Finance

I was involved in an accident and now they had to make an investigation. The investigation was about where i was staying instead of the accident. So i stay in Soshanguve my home town where i registered my car on my policy. And some other days i will go to Sandton a friends place. So he went to investigate my mom a 67 yr old woman in soshanguve n security in Sandton, n come out with a conclusion that i spend most of my time in Sandton n should have changed addresses on my policy. So now i asked my Tracker for my track record since March until the day of the accident where have i been staying. Its all clear that i have been driving around and sleeping at other places due to certain reasons like course related or social or work, which i cant say its my resident and change my address in my policy as my permanent resident is still Soshanguve. Now the tracker showed that all the information he got from his investigation was not true. Most times, 90%, i am home the address where i registered my car according to tracker. Now they cant pay my claim cause i was not staying in Soshanguve??? and i was suppose to change an address on my policy to Sandton a place where i go certain days n go Home?
