On 27 September I cancelled my policy with Outsurance after I found out that a while ago they have beaten the numbers but NOT my cover. When I spoke to the retention department they informed me that I have a seeded policy on my bond and I AM STILL PAYING FOR IT THROUGH OUTSURANCE. (I do not have a bond anymore for a couple of years) Then I got transferred to Keitumetse Ngobela that informed me that she will sort it out with FNB. I requested her to copy me in the mail. THAT IS THE LAST I heard anything from her. After numerous mail I got absolutely NO response from her. So I phoned her around the 15 October. "Sir I will give you updated I heard nothing from them yet" I sent her another mail on the 21st of October requesting finalization on this by the 25th of October as it is now almost a MONTH later. I AM STILL WAITING FOR HER RESPONSE.
