Promotional R400 if outsurance quote is not beaten

Outsurance is running a promotion if they do not beat your current insurance premium they will give you R400.00. I received on the 20th of October an email with a remittance advice indicating that it will be paid into my bank account on the 21st of October. I also received an SMS from Outsurance on the 18th of October with the same message. The R400.00 is not in my bank account as i looked this morning at 8 o'clock at my online banking statements. I will appreciate if I receive the R400.00.
